Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers may be invalid, counterfeit, previously cancelled, or otherwise unenforceable, and the holder may be refused entry to the Event. If you are unsure whether a seller is authorised, please contact us for confirmation before purchasing.

Event Tickets may not be re-sold or offered for resale at a premium or used for advertising, promotional, competition or other commercial purposes without the Promoter’s prior written consent.  This restriction applies to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticket holder. Event Tickets are not transferable except through the Authorised Ticket Seller’s official transfer or resale facility (if any). Any transfer or resale made otherwise than through that facility is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Any Event Ticket that is resold, offered for resale, or otherwise used in breach of these conditions may be cancelled without refund, and the ticket holder may be refused admission to or removed from the Event.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, all ticket purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Authorised Ticket Seller. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms. Any enquiries, disputes, or issues relating to ticket sales, payment processing, fees, or the ticketing platform must be directed to the Authorised Ticket Seller. The Promoter accepts no liability for any errors, delays, or issues arising from the Authorised Ticket Seller’s systems or payment processing services.

16. Promoter’s Liability

Event Ticket holders enter the Venue at their own risk. The services provided by Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill to the extent required by Part 4 of the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our liability to you in relation to an Event Ticket is limited to the obligations specified in these Terms and Conditions and our obligations under applicable laws (including the Australian consumer law).

To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience suffered or incurred by you or any person in or entering or exiting the Venue, participating in the Event or otherwise in connection with the Event whether caused by the negligence of Promoter or any of the Released Parties and whether arising in tort, contract, bailment or otherwise. Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, the liability of the Released Parties is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

Where the Promoter or a Released Party breaches a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, and to the extent it is fair and reasonable to do so, your remedy is limited (at the Promoter’s sole election) to a refund of the price of the affected Event Ticket, or the resupply of equivalent goods or services.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any damage, loss, liability or injury any of them may suffer as a result of your wilful, negligent or reckless acts or omissions at the Venue or as a result of your breach of the Terms and Conditions, the Venue regulations and conditions of entry.
